Cake Pan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/3 c. light cream
    parsley for garnish
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes like for French fries.
    Put in greased cake pan.
    Pour other ingredients over potatoes.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Sprinkle cheese on a little before done.
