Pork Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 lb. pork roast
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Trim off fat and skin.
    Mix all other ingredients in bottom of Dutch oven.
    Add meat and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 6 hours.
    Take meat out and allow to cool; shred.
    Use sauce on beef or serve on rice.
