Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
3 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cloves

Preparation

Mix sugar and oil together.
Add eggs and beat until creamy. Add pumpkin.
Add dry ingredients, sifted.
Grease pan; use angel food cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
May add raisins, nuts or dried dates, if desired.
