Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
1-1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. Angel Flake Coconut
1 deep dish pie shell, baked
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan and cook until thick. Remove from heat; add vanilla and coconut. Stir well and pour into baked pie shell. Cover with meringue.
