Orzo Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 lb. chopped beef
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. diced pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 soup can water
    1 1/2 c. crushed tomatoes (half 28 oz. can)
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. cooked orzo (macaroni product)
Preparation
    Saute and brown the first four ingredients.
    Draw fat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Place in 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
