Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. hot water
3/4 c. salsa
1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
2 c. Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavored)
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Combine water, 1/4 cup salsa, margarine and stuffing mix in 2-quart baking pan.
Arrange chicken on the stuffing.
Pour remaining salsa over chicken.
Cover pan loosely.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
Take out and sprinkle with cheese and continue baking for 5 to 10 minutes.
Serves 4.
