Hamburger And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 pkg. chicken noodle soup mix
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    2 stalks celery, chopped fine
    1 bell pepper, chopped fine
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef. Cook next 3 ingredients in pan for 7 to 8 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Mix all together in casserole. Bake, covered, at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
