Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. diced tomatoes
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. picante sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    6 to 8 flour tortillas, cut into strips
    3 c. cooked chicken, cut up
    3/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions and peppers in butter.
    Add tomatoes, soup, picante sauce and chili powder.
    Mix well.
    Line 9 x 13-inch baking dish with 1/2 tortilla strips.
    Top with 1/2 chicken. Spread 1/2 the vegetable mixture over the chicken.
    Repeat the layers and top with cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
