Creamed Tuna On Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tuna
    1 c. cooked peas
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    pepper (to taste)
    1/2 minced onion
Preparation
    Blend melted butter and flour.
    Add milk gradually and cook until smooth and thickened.
    Add seasonings and onion.
    Simmer until onion is soft.
    Add tuna and peas and mix thoroughly.
    Serve over toast or English muffins.
