Baked Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 long green chilies
10 oz. Jack cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
5 eggs, well beaten
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Layer peppers, alternately with cheese in a deep buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Mix beaten eggs, butter, salt, pepper and cumin.
Pour mixture over the peppers and cheese.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
This spicy souffle-like dish serves 4 to 6 people.
