Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    14 oz. bag caramels
    3/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix cake
    as directed.\tBake half of the batter at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    In
    a saucepan, over low heat, melt caramels with butter and milk.
    Remove cake from\toven and pour caramel mixture over cake.\tSprinkle with chocolate
    chips\tand
    nuts. Pour second half of batter over top and
    return to oven.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
