Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. half and half
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 c. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
4 Tbsp. butter
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 tsp. tarragon (optional)
pastry shell (unbaked)
salt to taste
Preparation

Mix first five ingredients.
Add spinach.
Melt butter and cook onion and mushrooms.
Add with tarragon to spinach mixture. Salt to taste.
Pour into unbaked pastry shell.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
Remove and let stand 10 minutes.
Cut and serve.
