Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. milk
    1 c. Carolina rice
    1/2 to 3/4 c. raisins
    pinch of salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 pt. heavy cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    Eggs and cream should be at room temperature.
