Icebox Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 lb. butter, creamed
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    heavy pinch of cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream together the cheese, butter, salt and pepper. Add flour.
    Make into roll. Wrap in waxed paper and put in refrigerator. Will keep a month. When needed, slice into thin wafers and bake on a greased cookie sheet for approximately 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
