Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. ground meat
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large can Ranch Style beans
    2 cans enchilada sauce
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can tomatoes and green chillies
    1 to 2 c. grated Longhorn cheese
    8 to 10 corn tortillas
Preparation
    Brown together meat and onion.
    Line greased 13 x 9-inch pan with 1/2 of tortillas.
    Pour in meat and onion mixture.
    Add beans, enchilada sauce and soup.
    Top with 1/2 grated cheese and another layer of tortillas.
    Pour tomatoes and peppers over all. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
