Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep dish unbaked pie shell
    1 c. evaporated milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 small chopped onion
    1/3 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped ham or you can substitute with fried bacon
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
Preparation
    Combine ham, broccoli and onion.
    Put in the bottom of pie shell. Mix eggs, milk, dry mustard and Swiss cheese.
    Pour over mixture already in bottom of the pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
