Quick Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/4 to 1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Preparation

Cream sugar, cream cheese and eggs.
Add salt, flour, juice from pineapple and flavorings; mix well.
Add water, a little at a time, until smooth.
Stir in pineapple.
