Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cans enchilada sauce (hot or mild)
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    12 corn tortillas
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
    Heat sauce in medium saucepan.
    Warm tortillas in microwave to soften.
