Nutty Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 to 6 sweet potatoes
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 stick margarine
1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. rum (for flavor)
1/4 c. chopped nuts (for top)

Preparation

Boil potatoes until soft, about 45 minutes.
Peel and mash. Mix together with the remaining ingredients and put into casserole.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts and serve.
