Tijuana Bean Dip(Fat-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can fat-free refried beans
    1 c. grated nonfat Cheddar cheese
    chopped jalapeno peppers to taste
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1 Tbsp. salsa or taco sauce
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    In a 1 1/2-quart microwavable dish, combine beans, cheese, green onions and jalapeno peppers.
    Cover with wax paper; microwave on High 4 to 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
    Stir after 2 minutes.
    Stir in tomato, salsa and lemon juice.
    Serve warm with tortilla chips.
