Lobster Newburg(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    8 oz. cubed lobster (imitation)
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry
    dash of ground red pepper
    dash of pepper
    2 English muffins, toasted
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt margarine.
    Stir in flour and salt.
    Add milk all at once.
    Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
    Cook and stir 1 minute more.
    Stir half of hot mixture into the beaten egg; return all to saucepan.
    Cook and stir until thickened.
    Do not boil.
    Stir in lobster, dry sherry and peppers; heat through. Serve over muffin halves.
