Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 heaping Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O
Preparation
    Dice rhubarb into 1/2 inch pieces.
    Mix sugar, flour, salt and Jell-O.
    Pour over diced rhubarb; toss until pieces are thoroughly coated.
    Put into 9-inch pie crust (unbaked) and bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0 and about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    While pie is still warm, sprinkle top crust with sugar.
