Broccoli Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
1 tsp. butter
1 roll garlic cheese
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
dash of Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce
red pepper and salt to taste
Preparation

Saute onion and mushrooms in butter in a saucepan.
Melt cheese, then add mushroom soup and all other ingredients.
Serve in chafing dish.
Serve with corn chips.
