Galleria Chicken Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
    1 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, cheese, parsley flakes and garlic salt.
    Mix eggs and water.
    Dip chicken in egg mixture, then roll in crumbs. Heat oil and brown chicken.
    Remove to a greased baking dish. Spoon mushrooms over chicken.
    Melt butter and add lemon juice. Pour over chicken and mushrooms.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 4.
