Cantonese Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless pork, cut into strips
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 onion, sliced
    1 small green pepper, cut into strips
    1 (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Brown pork in oil to remove excess fat; drain.
    Place pork and all other ingredients in crock-pot, 6 to 8 hours on low or 3 hours on high.
    Serve over rice.
    Can be made stovetop.
