Cheese Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. melted Velveeta cheese
    2 blocks butter, melted
    2 boxes 4xxxx sugar
    1/2 to 2/3 c. cocoa
    2 c. nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt together cheese and butter on medium heat; stir continually.
    Sift two boxes sugar and cocoa together.
    Pour liquid mixture over dry mixture; mix well.
    Add vanilla and nuts. Pour in 9 x 12-inch buttered pan.
    Spread evenly.
    Put in refrigerator overnight.
    Eat and enjoy.
