Bishop Whipple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Beat eggs briskly. Add sugar and flour, which has been sifted with the baking powder. Add dates and nuts. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until done (pierce center with a toothpick). Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with cream or ice cream.
