Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 large chicken breast halves
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Cook chicken in 1 1/2 cups water (without salt).
Cut in rather large pieces and mix with chicken and mushroom soups.
Add enough water to chicken broth to make 2 cups.
Then add to chicken and soup mixture.
