Stuffed Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium-size tomatoes
    1 large onion
    2 shredded carrots
    2 medium-size boxes cottage cheese
    2 large apples
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Preparation
    Hollow out centers of tomatoes with grapefruit knife.
    Chop all other ingredients with pieces of hollowed out tomatoes and stuff the tomatoes.
    Let chill in refrigerator for 2 hours. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Serve on bibb lettuce.
