1-2-3 Oriental Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef, cut in thin strips
    4 to 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. beef broth
    1 large onion, cut in strips
    2 medium green peppers, cut in thin strips
Preparation
    In bowl combine beef, soy sauce, 1/2 of your garlic, 3/4 teaspoon ginger and 1/2 cup beef broth.
    Let stand 1 hour.
    In skillet heat oil, remaining garlic and ginger.
    Add peppers and onions, cook and stir 2 minutes until crisp-tender.
    Reduce heat to low and stir in chicken broth and black pepper.
    Simmer, covered, 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Remove vegetables from broth and place in bowl.
    Bring broth mixture to boil over high heat; add beef; cook 8 minutes, stirring constantly until beef is cooked through. Return vegetables to pan with beef.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Serve with a rice side dish and stir-fry vegetables.
