Rooibeet Slaai(Red Beet Salad From South Africa) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium beets, cooked and diced
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine beets and onion in bowl.
    Mix sugar, salt and vinegar together.
    Pour over beets and mix well.
    Marinate for 30 minutes. Serve cold.
    Makes 6 servings.
