Cream Cheese Party Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    strawberry preserves
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until soft and creamy.
    Gradually add one cup sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Stir in
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla.
    Spoon batter into paper-lined miniature muffin pans, filling 2/3 full.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Combine sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, stirring well.
    Spoon 1/4 teaspoon of sour cream mixture on each cupcake.
    Top with small amount of strawberry preserves in the center of the sour cream mixture.
    Return cupcakes to oven and continue baking for five minutes.
    Makes 6 dozen cupcakes.
