Summer Squash Or Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. squash, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 (8 oz.) bag herbed seasoned stuffing
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. butter
    1 can sour cream
Preparation
    Cook squash and onions in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain; combine soup and sour cream.
    Stir in carrots.
    Fold in squash and onions.
    Combine stuffing and butter.
    Spread half of stuffing on bottom of 12 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Spoon vegetable mixture on top.
    Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix over vegetables.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
