Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 qt. popped corn
    1/2 c. white Karo
    1 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter; add brown sugar, salt and Karo.
    Mix well and boil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat; add vanilla and stir.
    Then add soda and stir quickly.
    Pour over corn.
    Place in a roaster pan.
    Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
