Breakfast Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread
    8 eggs
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 lb. sausage
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    12 oz. grated cheese
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Butter the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan and line bottom with bread after crusts are removed.
    Brown sausage; scramble and drain.
    Spread sausage over bread.
    Sprinkle cheese over sausage and bread.
    Mix milk, eggs, mustard and cream of mushroom soup; beat until well blended.
    Pour over cheese.
    Cover and chill overnight.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
