6 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
1 c. drained canned apricot halves
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine the apple slices and apricots; place in a lightly buttered 10-inch gratin dish.
In a food processor, combine the flour, cinnamon, sugar and butter until the mixture resembles bread crumbs.
Spoon over the fruit.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until topping is golden.
Serve immediately with cream or custard.
Serves 6 to 8.
