Wassail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. apple cider or juice
    1 stick cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. honey
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel (optional)
    1 (18 oz.) can or 2 1/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
Preparation
    Heat cider or apple juice and cinnamon stick to boiling. Reduce heat and cover.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Uncover and add the remaining ingredients.
    Simmer an additional 5 minutes.
    Serves 15 to 16 (1/2 cup) servings.
