Pineapple Glazed Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    3/4 c. apple juice
    3/4 c. sugar
    7 tart, medium apples, peeled, cored and cut in wedges (7 c.)
    1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 tsp. allspice or apple pie spice
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pie crust
    cinnamon-sugar
Preparation
    In large saucepan, combine pineapple juice, 1/2 cup apple juice and the sugar.
    Bring to boiling.
    Blend the remaining 1/4 cup apple juice into cornstarch or flour.
    Add to hot pineapple-apple liquid in saucepan.
    Cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles.
    Add in apples and cook until near tender. Remove from heat; stir in margarine, vanilla and lemon flavorings, salt and allspice or apple pie spice.
