Asparagus And Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. frozen or 1 can asparagus, drained
    2 or 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1 can garden peas, drained
    6 slices American cheese, cut in half
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper (no salt)
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    In a casserole dish, layer half of asparagus, peas, eggs and cheese.
    Repeat with other half.
    Mix sour cream, onion powder, mushroom soup and black pepper.
    Pour over layered mixture, spreading all over.
    Mix together melted margarine and bread crumbs and sprinkle over top.
    Bake, covered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
