Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dark brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 or 3 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Trim off thin layer of fat from meat.
    Sprinkle with pepper. Rub paste mixture all over roast.
    Put rosemary stalk on top of meat to bake.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0, uncovered, until meat thermometer registers 175\u00b0 internal temperature.
