Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
3 eggs (separated)
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Meringue can be omitted.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Cook at 350\u00b0 until done.
