Rice Porridge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. milk (in big saucepan)
    1 c. rice (long grain type)
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Put
    directly in pan and bring to boil slowly, stirring frequently.
    When
    it
    comes
    to
    a
    boil,\tcover with lid and simmer for 1 hour.\tIt will thicken.
    Serve with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.
