Vegetable Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 lb. zucchini
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Preparation

Cook spinach and sliced zucchini in small amount of oil. Transfer to a mixing bowl and mash. Stir in all of the other ingredients. Season to taste. Spread in an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle top with some additional Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
