Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. mace
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. apples, chopped
1 c. nuts, chopped

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, and mix well.
Sift flour and add spices.
Add dry ingredients gradually. Stir in vanilla, apples and nuts.
Pack into greased Bundt pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 12.
