Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. pecans
1/3 c. margarine
Preparation

Mix together the first 7 ingredients, then sprinkle brown sugar, flour, pecans and margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
