Seven Layer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh spinach
3/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. lettuce, shredded
1 1/2 c. black olives
6 strips bacon
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. onion (green)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1/2 c. red onions
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Boil peas 5 minutes.
Arrange spinach in a deep glass bowl. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and sugar.
Add layers of lettuce, sliced eggs and olives.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and sugar. Add layers of peas and bacon (drained and crumbled).
Top with mayonnaise to seal.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Toss before serving.
