Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 egg shell of water
    pinch of baking powder
    pinch of salt
    all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Beat egg, add baking powder, salt and water.
    Add flour to make a stiff dough, roll out very thin, let set for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cut to desired width, can be cooked at once or can be dried for several hours.
    This can be doubled, I never make less than 2 eggs.
