Pork Tenderloin Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin, sliced
    1 egg
    1 c. bread crumbs
    dash of pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms (optional)
    1/4 c. dry sherry
Preparation
    Mix soup, sour cream and sherry.
    Pour over meat.
    Saute mushrooms and put on top of sauce.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
