Veal Scallopini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. veal shoulder
    1 onion
    1/4 c. fat
    1 can water
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 c. flour
    1 clove garlic
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cut veal in 2-inch cubes.
    Dredge with seasoned flour, minced onion and garlic.
    Cook veal, onion and garlic in fat until browned; add remaining ingredients.
    Turn into casserole, cover and bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
