Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. minced onions
    1 lb. sirloin
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onions and sliced mushrooms in butter; drain.
    Add all other ingredients (except soup and sour cream).
    Brown 5 minutes. Then add soup.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
